Status: Full-Time (60-80 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled first shift, Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm This position requires on-call on a rotating basis between the Maintenance Team. This position also requires flexibility of working weekends, and holidays. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.

Description
Under general supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Tech helps keeps all buildings, grounds, and equipment at Stonehill in good and operating condition by performing various regular, and special maintenance repairs and improvement activities as directed by the Director of Facilities. They maintain facilities in a safe and comfortable condition for residents, staff, and others who are at Stonehill Communities. Checks daily platform for various work orders / maintenance requests and performs the work requested on the work orders around Stonehill Communities. Test smoke detectors, emergency generator, ground fault circuits, and fire extinguishers as scheduled and required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Driver License

1 - 3 years maintenance experience

Familiarity with blue prints and mechanical systems

Strong basic math and mechanical abilities
