CDJR Bryan is seeking an experienced Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician to join our high-performing Service Team. As a Certified Technician, you'll work on the full Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup while utilizing the latest OEM diagnostic equipment, repair procedures, and factory resources. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards

• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, steering, and braking systems

• Utilize OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, and service information systems

• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion

• Stay current with OEM training and certification requirements

• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals

What You'll Bring

• Current CDJR/Stellantis Certifications preferred

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures

• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, electrical, and advanced vehicle systems

• ASE Certifications are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
