Join Our Service Team as an Internal / Used Car Technician!

Our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is looking for an experienced Internal/Used Car Technician to help keep our pre-owned inventory customer-facing ready. This full-time position plays a critical role in inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning used vehicles to meet dealership standards before they reach the sales lot. Our Technicians report to the Shop Foreman and Service Manager and is an onsite position.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive inspections and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and drivability concerns

• Complete maintenance services and repairs to prepare vehicles for customer-facing sale

• Identify and document repair recommendations according to dealership standards

• Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety, operational, and appearance standards

• To meet internal production goals and vehicle turnaround timelines

• Use scan tools, service information systems, and electronic repair resources to diagnose concerns

• Collaborate with service, parts, and used vehicle departments to ensure completion of repairs

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience

• Previous dealership or independent repair shop experience

• Experience working on domestic and import vehicles

• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
