Notify management of any supply shortages or equipment issues. - **Safety and Sanitation:**Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for residents and staff. - **Team Collaboration:**Work closely with other staff members to ensure that the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable. - **Resident Engagement:**Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
