We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Gananda Primary Care practice, located in the welcoming community of Walworth, NY, just east of Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, supportive team while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance. You'll be working alongside one experienced Advanced Practice Provider and a dedicated nursing team, serving a loyal and established patient panel. The practice sees a broad, diverse range of patients across all age groups, allowing for meaningful continuity of care and long-term relationships. This is an outpatient-only position with no OB and no weekend responsibilities. The call schedule is light-1 in every 15 weeks-and limited to phone-only coverage. With no inpatient or after-hours duties, this role offers the flexibility and balance many physicians seek. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Physician - NYS Office of ProfessionsNew York State Education Department (NYSED) PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
