DAYS MON-FRI / HOURS: 1:30 - 4:30 PM / SCHEDULE TBD Responsibilities:\ Develop new customers by networking, Assist with cross sell existing customers, acquire referrals, google reviews, etc. Handle beginning of day tasks - Retention/Service - Administrative tasks to support licensed agency producers - Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions - Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards - Addressing customer gaps and cross selling State Farm products We offer you:\ - Base comp (doe) & -Incentive bonus based on production - Growth opportunity - Could work in to FUTURE FULL-TIME - Professional office environment\ \
