ABOUT THE POSITION Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr. BMAS), you'll serve as a trusted resource for members as they open and manage accounts, explore lending solutions, and navigate important financial decisions. More than a transactional role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide personalized guidance, and help members identify solutions that support their financial goals.Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on members every day while developing broad knowledge across banking products and services.Whether your background is in banking, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service, Visions provides paid training, ongoing development, and opportunities for growth to help you build a rewarding long-term career in financial services.Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. Position will cover our Spencer Branch located at 95 Orchard Street, Spencer, NY as needed.
