Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced RN leader to lead our 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit in Kalispell, Montana.

What We're Looking For

You’re an experienced nurse leader who is:

  • Visible, approachable, and committed to your team

  • Confident leading in a fast-paced acute care environment

  • Skilled at balancing people, patient care, and operational priorities

  • Passionate about developing others and building strong teams

  • Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and drive improvement

  • A strong communicator who leads with accountability, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Montana

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience

  • Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification

  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery

Preferred Qualifications

The most qualified candidates will bring:

  • Recent clinical or leadership experience in a hospital-based inpatient setting, particularly:

  • Progressive Care

  • Telemetry

  • Critical Care/ICU

  • Oncology

  • Surgical Services

  • Other comparable acute care environments

  • Experience leading a complex inpatient unit with responsibility for staffing, patient flow, quality, and team development

  • Experience with quality improvement, workforce engagement, and operational performance

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

Annual Salary Range: $126,360–$157,955 Salary placement within the range is based on relevant leadership experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other applicable factors. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
