Employment Type: Full timeShift: Day Shift Description: Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.

What you will do:

  • Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively
  • Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
  • Responsible for triage, speaking with patients regarding their health, prescription refills, vaccinations and injections, and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
  • Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC)

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40-hour days, Monday-Friday

Hourly RN position; pay range: $33.10 - 52.95/hour

Pay is based on working RN experience only. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
