Responsibilities for Demand Planning Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for the business unit.

• Create and maintain master data within planning systems.

• Analyze forecast performance and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and bias reduction.

• Support and champion Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and Weekly Business Review (WBR) processes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain the Consensus Demand Plan (CDP).

• Analyze sales, sell-out, and market data to identify forecast risks and opportunities.

• Present planning outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

• Partner with Supply teams on product discontinuations and reformulations.

• Support continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and reporting.

Candidates for Demand Planning Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Finance.

• Experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.

• Strong analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.

• Knowledge of demand planning and statistical forecasting techniques; DTC and/or ecommerce experience preferred.

• Experience improving business processes and systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $43.02 per hour
