Position Summary...

Litchfield Park Central Fill, is hiring for a 2nd Shift Staff Pharmacist. A central fill staff pharmacist plays a critical role in delivering safe, timely medications to stores by ensuring accurate and efficient prescription verification and dispensing. You will apply sound clinical judgment and attention to detail to validate prescriptions, confirm product selection and labeling accuracy, and identify potential medication-related risks while keeping patient safety the top priority. Success in this position requires close collaboration with pharmacy technicians and operations partners to coordinate workflow, resolve exceptions, and maintain productivity without compromising accuracy.

About Central Fill:The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be pivotal in maintaining high operational standards and ensuring seamless pharmacy services.

What you'll do...

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direction and guidance to pharmacy associates, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain and track medication inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and shrinkage control.

  • Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Obtain and renew necessary pharmacist permits, registrations, licenses and training.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD, or Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy).

  • Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in Arizona and ability to obtain multiple state permits/registrations.

  • 1+ year experience working as a licensed pharmacist in retail or hospital setting.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.

  • Experience in inventory management and prescription verification.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 *This pay range is for a 40 hours/week schedule. Weekly scheduled hours are determined individually and the ranges for different scheduled hours are prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours. E.g., the range for a 36 hours/week schedule, which is 90% of 40 hours, is 90% of the above range. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
