R&D Product DVL Technician

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM ET

Position Overview

The Product DVL Technician supports the development and testing of prototypes and product samples. This position assists with product experiments, prototype assembly, electronic data management, and related technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prototypes and product samples.

• Assist with experiments to verify product integrity and performance.

• Perform assembly and disassembly of prototypes and components.

• Support prototype fabrication activities.

• Use electronic equipment to assist with testing and development.

• Perform basic soldering tasks as needed.

• Enter, organize, and manage electronic data.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Lotus Notes or similar software is a plus.

• Basic CAD skills.

• Strong hands-on mechanical and technical skills.

• Ability to assemble and disassemble components.

• Familiarity with prototype fabrication and electronic equipment.

• Basic soldering experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
