Business Intelligence Architect

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a BI Architect to join a leading client in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for leveraging data and technology to improve business operations. The individual will design and maintain data solutions, dashboards, automations, and AI-driven tools, ensure data quality and integrity, support CRM and reporting systems, and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve data challenges, and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or other similar fields of study or experience *Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy *Hands-on experience with AI, RPA, analytics, modeling platforms, and/or data manipulation software (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Athinia, Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, R, DAX, SAP HANA, Microsoft Suite) *AI/RPA tools: UiPath, Power Automate, Athinia, CoPilot *Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks *CRM *SAP
