Groundskeeper (Part-Time, Afternoon Shift) -- New Albany, OH Pay: $16/hr Employment Type: Part-time Shift: Monday to Friday, Afternoon 12:00 PM -- 6:00 PM Apply now: https://neoh.cleanfacility.com/join-team-neoh About the Role Clean Facility is expanding and hiring dependable Groundskeepers to support day operations at our site in New Albany, OH. This is a stable, part-time role with strong leadership support. Your Responsibilities Where you'll work: All exterior grounds at DC1 and DC2, including entrances, parking lots, dock areas, substations, generator yards, grass areas, and contractor tent areas. Daily - Walk the grounds throughout the day and keep them free of debris - Pick up trash across the entire campus - Clear trash from the contractor tents - Sweep the grounds - Make sure all trash ends up in the bins and dumpsters - Clean any other outside area as needed Weekly - Sweep, leaf blow, or vacuum the parking lots (cigarette butts, trash, leaves) General - Communicate professionally with the site lead and area managers - Follow all security and safety protocols (badge required) Schedule - Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM -- 6:00 PM - Schedules may adjust based on site needs Pay & Benefits - $16/hr starting pay - Paid training - Weekly direct deposit - Opportunities for advancement - Supportive team culture with strong leadership involvement Requirements Must pass QTS badging/security requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and walk/stand throughout the shift
