Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment, overseeing a team responsible for receiving, inventory control, material storage, Kanban replenishment, and shipping activities. This individual will ensure inventory accuracy, support production through efficient material flow, and drive on-time delivery performance for customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations and be comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all warehouse operations — receiving, inspection, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipping — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all shifts.
• Maintain inventory integrity through disciplined cycle counting, audits, reconciliations, and root-cause resolution of discrepancies; target and sustain best-in-class inventory accuracy.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery commitments and customer requirements.
• Develop, track, and report warehouse KPIs — including inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, receiving performance, and labor productivity — and drive continuous improvement actions.

Skills and Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• SAP experience
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, and inventory management experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced materials environment
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role managing direct reports
• SAP EWM skills
• International Shipping Experience
• Forklift/OSHA Certifications
