Full job description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to support data center rack integration and hardware installation activities. The successful candidate will help coordinate daily technical work, support installation and testing tasks, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure work is completed accurately and according to project requirements. Responsibilities: * Support and coordinate rack integration and server hardware installation. * Assist technicians with troubleshooting, testing, and component replacement. * Verify equipment installation, cabling, and connections. * Help maintain quality standards and follow technical procedures. * Communicate project issues and progress to the appropriate team members. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous data center, server hardware, or rack integration experience. * Experience with technical assembly, cabling, hardware testing, or troubleshooting. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
