Overnight Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

What You’ll Do Overnight

As an Overnight Crew Member, you play a key role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly while most of the world sleeps. You will:

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and ensure they’re enjoying their visit

• Serve with a smile: Take orders and make menu recommendations

• Focus on quality: Prepare and present delicious food

• Create a welcoming environment: Keep the restaurant friendly, clean, and inviting

• Be a team player: Work together to meet goals — and have fun doing it

Overnight shifts often mean fewer distractions, more teamwork, and a chance to master multiple stations.
