Full job description

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a dynamic organization. This is a long-term contract position offering a hybrid schedule, with remote work on Monday and Friday and onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. The person in this role will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, strengthen job documentation, and build strong partnerships with hiring teams to attract talent with relevant experience in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing position summaries and develop new role documentation as needed to create consistent, skills-based job profiles across key functions.

  • Administer recruiting activity through the applicant tracking system, including opening requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring progress throughout the hiring cycle.

  • Advertise opportunities and identify talent through a range of channels, including online platforms, social media, and other internal and external sourcing methods.

  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.

  • Build productive relationships across the organization to support talent acquisition goals and provide guidance on hiring-related needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external staffing partners and coordinate collaboration with approved agencies.

  • Oversee pre-employment steps for selected candidates, ensuring required documentation and screening activities are completed on schedule.

  • Support local hiring events, attend or organize job fairs, and conduct in-person interviews when needed.

  • Travel as required to meet hiring demands across locations and provide broader recruiting support. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or high-volume environment.

  • Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Workday is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively through social media and other recruiting channels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of an organization.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with limited supervision.

  • Background in manufacturing or oil and gas services is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with recruitment-related reporting and documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. TalentMatch®
