Job Title: CMT Technician

Job Description

The CMT Technician will support materials testing on construction projects by conducting field operations, including sampling, testing, special inspections, and observation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field operations consisting of sampling, testing, special inspections, and observation.

  • Perform materials testing to ensure compliance with construction standards.

  • Collaborate with multiple trades and projects for comprehensive project understanding.

  • Provide support in laboratory settings as required.

Essential Skills

  • 3 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing (CMT).

  • ACI Certification.

  • Proficiency in concrete and materials testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • The person certification in CMT is preferred.

  • Knowledge of construction processes and materials.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
