Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, and cable servers, network devices, and storage equipment.

• Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements.

• Install and manage fiber optic, copper, and structured cabling systems.

• Support server deployments, decommissions, and asset management activities.

• Monitor and maintain data center operational standards and best practices.

• Execute change management procedures and follow documented processes.

• Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC activities).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hyperscale or enterprise data center.

• Knowledge of structured cabling standards.

• Experience with ticketing systems and data center management tools.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or similar certifications.

This is a Contract position based out of Boydton, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
