Full job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

About The Job

ERP Technology builds and runs the custom applications and integrations that keep Anduril's Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing operations moving at the pace that our mission demands. Our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform is the backbone of those operations, but standard ERP functionality doesn't cover everything the business needs. That gap is where this role lives.

As a Software Engineer on ERP Technology, you will design, build, and maintain the internal tools, backend services, and APIs that extend what Fusion can do out of the box. You'll work alongside ERP product teams spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Manufacturing, and more, and across the systems the ERP ecosystem touches, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), enterprise data platforms, and the business applications those teams depend on. Your job is to turn ambiguous requirements into software that holds up in production, not just in a demo.

This role calls for strong software engineering fundamentals, confidence operating in a complex enterprise environment, and the judgment to know when to build, when to integrate, and when to automate.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain custom applications, internal tools, and backend services supporting the ERP ecosystem.

  • Translate business requirements from ERP product teams into software solutions.

  • Build applications and services that talk to Oracle Fusion and connected enterprise platforms via REST APIs and other supported integration methods.

  • Partner with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers to keep new applications compatible with established integration architecture, and support design and testing of solutions touching financial, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing systems.

  • Implement authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and monitoring that meets production standards.

  • Identify opportunities to replace manual work with solutions and automation, including tools for data validation, reconciliation, workflow orchestration, and operational reporting.

  • Own ongoing engineering support and reliability for applications in your portfolio: diagnose defects, build automated testing and monitoring, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

  • Partner with ERP technical and functional teams, Product Managers, Enterprise Architecture, OIC developers, ERP administrators, and Security to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet real operational needs.

  • Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement of how the team builds and ships software.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

  • Experience building standalone applications, backend services, internal tools, or enterprise software.

  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, and working with JSON, XML, and related data formats.

  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data processing.

  • Working familiarity with modern development frameworks, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

  • Experience with cloud-based application development or deployment.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building software that integrates with Fusion or other enterprise ERP platforms.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • Experience building full-stack applications with modern frontend and backend frameworks, cloud-native applications, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

  • Familiarity with enterprise application security, OAuth 2.0, authentication, and role-based access control.

  • Exposure to ERP business processes in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.

  • Experience building automation, data validation, reconciliation, or internal operational tools.

  • Familiarity with containerization, cloud deployment, and application monitoring.

  • Experience in hyper-growth, startup-like environments, balancing speed, ambiguity, and long-term operational health.

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
