Sr CIAM Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a medical device client that is launching an enterprise Consent Management and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) program. The program will centralize patient consent and communication preferences and create a single patient identity strategy. The client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to represent them alongside the third-party system integrator. The integrator brings the subject-matter expertise. This person brings structure, governance, and stakeholder coordination. They will provide client-side oversight, make sure the integrator follows the client's processes and documentation standards, manage internal resources, and keep leadership informed. The Project Manager will likely join during the discovery phase and stay with the program through implementation.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite 4x a week (M-Th).

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading projects with third-party system integrators or large consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC), ideally in an oversight role on the client side.
• Experience implementing Consent Management, CIAM, Identity Governance, Customer Data, CRM, or Marketing Technology platforms.
• Regular experience working with and presenting to Director and VP-level leaders.
• Highly structured and organized, with strong discipline around governance and documentation.
• Able to explain project status, risks, and decisions clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
• Experience with programs involving privacy, compliance, customer or patient data, or regulated processes.
• Medical Device, MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
• Familiarity with platforms such as OneTrust, Dynamics 365, customer data platforms, or identity solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications.
