Assistant Controller

Well established real estate property management organization hiring for an Assistant Controller to oversee two (2) staff, general ledger reconciliations, assist with the month end close, preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements and perform analysis on potential acquisitions and ROI calculations on existing properties.
Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting from any industry experience, or 5 years of general accounting in nonprofit or real estate property management, month end close in either real estate or nonprofit, month end close, financial reporting and strong analysis skills. Pluses include CPA or public accounting experience, due diligence experience on real estate acquisitions and experience implementing improvements.
If degreed in Accounting, experience in Real Estate property management or nonprofit are pluses and not required.
Base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 plus great PTO and benefits!
Benefits include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 20 days PTO and a 401k plan with a match.
