Senior Director, IS&T - AMS

Join a role where you will guide the technical direction and operational execution of multiple enterprise technology domains across the AMS organization. As the Sr. Director, IS&T Enabling Services, you will oversee product development and ongoing system support across key platforms that power core business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology alignment, consistent delivery, and reliable platforms that support evolving business needs.

Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility, directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business, division, major geography, corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.

Pay Range: $156230 per year - $202180 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Expertise in technology roadmaps, platform lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture alignment.

• Experience collaborating across technology and business teams to deliver scalable system solutions.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Management Experience: 10 years

• Related Experience: 10 years
