Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience building relationships with executive management across operations, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs.

  • Experience working with network infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certifications in PMP, Agile project management, CCNA, CCNP, or other network technologies or similar.

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in delivering network infrastructure upgrades around life-cycle management of networking gear, and deployment of new enterprise networking solutions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products while leveraging automation and software programs by coordinating with global delivery teams.

  • Manage third-party vendors responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of network services, including facilitating any escalations requiring engineering assistance.

  • Design and launch new delivery processes, institute process improvement and automation, and ensure the efficient/reliable achievement of process objectives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Program Managers, Network Engineers and Software Engineers to deliver large technical networking projects.
