Senior Enterprise Program Manager

Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations

Boeing is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Enterprise Program Manager located in Aurora, CO, to lead and execute a mission critical Operations & Maintenance (O&M) portfolio.

This key personnel role will manage complex facilities and logistics services that ensure mission readiness and sustainment across 24x7 operational environments. The incumbent will apply advanced program and risk management practices, lead integrated teams, and coordinate support for exercises, crisis response, and special events. The role requires demonstrated leadership in program management in a dynamic government environment spanning multiple geographic locations. Deep knowledge of exercise and crisis management policies to drive readiness and resilient operations is necessary.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the program lead and principal point of contact for government stakeholders and internal leadership for assigned O&M programs, ensuring contractual, technical, schedule, and cost requirements are met
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve program-level processes, procedures, and metrics to manage cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and deliverables
  • Establish and sustain high-performing, integrated, cross-functional teams (including prime/subcontractor coordination) to execute operational tasks and deliverables
  • Oversee 24x7 operational support activities, ensuring continuity of operations, effective shift coverage, and robust handoff procedures
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver program support for exercises, crisis management, special events, and agile contingency operations
  • Lead development and delivery of program plans, status reports, performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, earned value/cost analysis, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement process improvement initiatives using recognized models (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI) to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service quality
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks; maintain integrated risk registers and ensure escalations as required
  • Ensure compliance with security, special program access, and applicable Intelligence Community and DoD policies and directives
  • Drive continuous customer engagement to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality customer service
  • Maintain readiness to support emergency tasking, shifts in mission priorities, and rapid workforce re-allocation during crises

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • 5+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal role
  • Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI) and experience applying them to program improvements
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community culture, processes, or mission support environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Summary pay range: $218,000 - $270,000

(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
