Core Responsibilities - Operational Oversight: Manage account opening paperwork, asset transfers, and incoming/outgoing cash movements with meticulous attention to detail. - Client Relationship Support: Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for clients, managing high-level scheduling, onboarding workflows, and service inquiries. - Technical Workflow Management: Utilize industry-specific wealth management software to assist with data aggregation, client reporting, and case prep. - Compliance & Administration: Ensure all digital files, client correspondence, and new account documentation strictly adhere to regular industry compliance guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications - Proven Financial Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working inside a financial advisory firm, independent RIA, wealth management practice, income tax firm, CPA firm, or trust department. - Software Familiarity: Prior experience with standard financial planning software, industry CRMs (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox), and major institutional custodian platforms (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity) is highly preferred. - Flawless Compliance Record: A high-integrity, completely clean professional compliance background is non-negotiable. - Mahoning Valley Presence: This is a fully on-site position in our Boardman office.
