This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4838003 Tool and Die Maker Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Operate and initiate set ups on grinders, shapers, milling machines, drill presses, lathes, etc. with no supervision. - Heat treat various types of tool steel. - Make new die sections, as well as replace broken and worn dies. - Disassemble and reassemble die; check punches and dies for proper working clearance. - Build new dies from blueprints. - Analyze areas of quality cost and implement root cause corrective action for overall reduction in quality cost. - Demonstrate a working knowledge of statistical process control techniques.
