Full job description

Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a growing insurance agency in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty specialist who enjoys strengthening client relationships, overseeing service operations, and supporting business growth. In this role, you will work closely with agency leadership and sales partners to ensure policyholders receive responsive, knowledgeable service while daily workflows remain organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide policyholders through service-related requests, answering coverage questions and resolving issues with care and professionalism.

  • Oversee day-to-day policy administration, including renewals, endorsements, billing matters, documentation updates, and coverage adjustments.

  • Partner with agency leadership and producers to keep client service activities on track and improve overall team effectiveness.

  • Coordinate outreach, follow-up communication, appointment scheduling, and open service items to maintain a high level of responsiveness.

  • Support new business activity by assisting with applications, quote preparation, submission follow-through, and carrier communication.

  • Review service workflows and recommend practical improvements that enhance retention, satisfaction, and operational consistency.

  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure records are updated within agency systems and related tracking tools.

  • Address complex customer concerns with sound judgment, clear communication, and a solution-focused approach.

  • Contribute to administrative process development and take on expanded operational responsibilities as the agency continues to grow. Requirements • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

  • Prior experience in insurance customer service, account management, or agency operations is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of policy coverage, insurance servicing practices, and client account support within a Property & Casualty environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently, use good judgment, and take initiative to solve day-to-day service challenges.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using insurance agency management systems is preferred.

  • Background supporting high-volume client service activity, scheduling, or customer account coordination is a plus. TalentMatch®
