Full job description
Job Duties
-Perform scheduled in-process inspections per Inspection Report. If applicable, multiple sign-offs are required.
-Recognition in any nonconforming material or product
-Must know and follow OSHA standard for press brake operation safety and non-compliant criteria to keep operator and any assistants safe.
-Maintain a clean working area
-Responsible for identifying, packaging, and handling to prevent damage to material or product
-Knowledge of computer ISO paperless system and recording product quantities (job scanning, qtys)
-Utilize Job Traveler and Inventory Tracker per documented procedures
-Organize and perform tooling set-ups for production runs and obtain approval for set-up
-Perform forklift duties as necessary
-Utilize inspection equipment knowledge
