  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve healthcare operations, workforce productivity, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

  • Support the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into healthcare platforms, processes, workflows, and decision-making environments while applying appropriate governance, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, assessments, requirements sessions, interviews, and working meetings across business, clinical, operational, data, and technology organizations.

  • Support project delivery activities including planning, requirements management, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, testing coordination, deployment readiness, implementation support, and value realization activities.

  • Develop client deliverables including assessments, business cases, transformation strategies, operating models, implementation roadmaps, value analyses, executive presentations, and status reporting.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning healthcare, product management, engineering, architecture, cloud, data, AI, security, operations, and change management to deliver integrated solutions and measurable outcomes.

  • Apply modern delivery practices including Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, platform engineering, DevSecOps, automation, continuous improvement, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities.

  • Contribute to proposal development, solutioning efforts, thought leadership, capability development, and business growth initiatives.

  • Foster collaboration, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation across client and Accenture teams.
