About Figure

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIGR; OPEN: FGRS) is the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale and trading of tokenized assets. More than 480 partners use its loan origination system and capital marketplace. Collectively, Figure and its partners have originated over $30 billion of loans to date, among other products. The fastest growing components are Figure Connect, its credit marketplace, and Democratized Prime, Figure’s on-chain lend-borrow marketplace. Figure’s ecosystem also includes DART (Digital Asset Registry Technology) for asset custody and lien perfection, and $YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin registered with the SEC as a security under the Securities Act of 1933.

Figure is the market leader in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The company has received triple-A ratings from S&P and Moody’s on multiple loan securitizations, the first of its kind for blockchain finance.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 Fintech Companies and CNBC’s World’s Top Fintech Companies.

About the Role

As a Lead, Business Operations, you will sit at the center of Figure’s most important decisions, translating strategy into execution across Figure’s Lending and Digital Assets businesses, and ensuring leaders have clear, timely, and actionable insight into how the business is performing.

This role is a hybrid of business planning, executive reporting, and strategic problem-solving. You will work on core components of quarterly planning, forecasting, and budgeting; drive weekly and monthly executive reporting against company goals; and lead analyses that directly inform decisions made by Figure’s executive team. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Capital Markets to align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and scale Figure’s operating rhythm as the business grows.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, improving processes, and taking ownership of work that matters. You’ll have exposure to both a scaled lending platform and a rapidly evolving digital assets business, making this a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of fintech and blockchain.

What You’ll Do

  • Support business planning and execution across the entire company, including quarterly planning, goal-setting, and ongoing performance tracking against goals

  • Lead executive reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring leadership has a clear, consistent view of volume, pipeline health, economics, and key operating metrics

  • Drive critical components of budgeting and forecasting, partnering with Finance to translate strategy into forward-looking plans and identify risks and opportunities early

  • Create high-impact analyses on complex, ambiguous questions, framing problems, synthesizing data, and delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership

  • Serve as a connective layer across Finance, GTM, Product, Capital Markets, and Data, aligning stakeholders and ensuring decisions are grounded in shared facts

  • Refine frameworks and operating tools (dashboards, scorecards, planning templates) that improve visibility, accountability, and decision velocity

  • Scale the operating model as the business grows, identifying gaps, simplifying processes, and helping leadership stay focused on what matters most

What We Look For

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth company; investment banking highly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to move quickly from data to insight to recommendation, including ability to build and refine models

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority, including with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; comfortable owning multiple high-stakes workstreams in parallel

  • High judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment

  • Experience supporting or partnering with sales, GTM, or revenue teams

  • Interest in digital assets, capital markets, and/or DeFi is a plus

  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures

  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes

  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $118,800 - $178,200/yr

  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly

  • Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans

  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits

  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance

  • 11 observed holidays and PTO plan

  • Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave

  • Continuing education reimbursement
