Full job description

Billings School District 2 is seeking a part-time General Duty Assistant for Ponderosa Elementary School to assist in the control and care of students in classrooms, halls, lunchrooms, and playground. Schedule: 2 hours per day; 10:55 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. Wage: $15.00 per hour. Example of Duties: - Monitor students' behavior in halls, lunchrooms and playground. - Performs all necessary duties to aid children needing critical care. - Assists children eating lunch and performing necessary clean-up tasks. - Performs related work requested or as required by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Knowledge of basic practices in effective discipline and safety awareness. - Able to adhere to schedules. - Success in working with groups of children. General Duty Assistants (and Crosswalk Guards) are hired at the school level so let the school where you want to work know when you have completed your online AppliTrack application.
