Full job description

We?re looking for a customer-focused, dependable Counter Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, learning about products, and working as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job and is looking to build a career with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or building materials experience strongly preferred. Experience in lumber, hardware, construction, or a related industry is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs.
