Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position Milwaukee, WI Hybrid (three in-office, two days virtual) What you will be doing As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for strategic planning, delivery, modernization, security, and operational excellence. You will translate product and business priorities into sustainable engineering roadmaps, develop technical leaders, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value for clients and the business. Create and execute engineering roadmaps that align product strategy, client needs, technology investments, and long-term modernization objectives. Lead software engineering and quality engineering teams across planning, design, development, testing, release, production support, and continuous improvement.
