JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pivot Point, a Hustisford, WI manufacturer of metal fasteners, is looking to add a Full Time Cost Estimating /Quotation Specialist to our team. This IN OFFICE position is 1st Shift Monday through Friday. COST ESTIMATING/ QUOTATION SPECIALIST SUMMARY Develop manufacturing cost estimates and issue formal price quotations to customers. As our Quotations Specialist, you will turn complex customer requirements into competitive, profitable quotes that win the business. You will work with customers to clarify what they need and partner internally with engineering and production on cost, capability, and the manufacturing process. This full time challenging position requires excellent communication, math, project management and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail and a strong mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible for interpreting drawings for machined parts, determining related production costs, and making mathematical computations to develop accurate price quotations to customers. Communication with customers and internal departments involves technical information and product specifications. Basic selling activities include working with customers through their requested changes and follow up with customers via phone or email. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. Strong MS Excel skills are required. Pivot Point is a progressive manufacturer located in Hustisford, WI, offering competitive wage and benefits as well as great people to work with.
