Correctional Nurse- LPN

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and under the direction of registered nurses, physicians, or other healthcare professionals. Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document observations and care activities. Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed. Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort, ensuring safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies. Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Exhibit professionalism, compassion, and strong communication skills in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
