The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong knowledge of employment practices across multiple states, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism. • Ensure recruitment and employment practices align with federal, state, and local regulations, including state-specific requirements related to pay transparency and other employment standards.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and orientation for new employees while supporting transfers, promotions, status changes, and separation processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation, and assist with policy updates, handbook revisions, and related compliance communication.

  • Support administration related to leave requests, workplace accommodations, and employee benefit programs while helping employees and managers understand available processes and resources.

  • Prepare HR reports, review workforce data for trends or issues, and collaborate with leadership on staffing plans, retention efforts, and broader people initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across daily operations.

  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen HR processes and overall organizational effectiveness. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or closely related human resources role.

  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations with thorough documentation.

  • Background managing full-cycle recruiting activities, preferably across multiple states or regions.

  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, leave administration, and general HR compliance requirements.

  • Experience using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems to support HR operations and recruiting workflows.

  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certification is a plus. TalentMatch®
