Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Description

Our client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize cloud environments while supporting scalability, security, and operational excellence. This position will play a key role in cloud modernization initiatives and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Manage cloud networking, security groups, identity solutions, and storage resources.

• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions.

• Monitor cloud performance, availability, and security posture.

• Support cloud migrations and modernization projects.

• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams.

• Troubleshoot production cloud environments and resolve incidents.

• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure experience.

• Hands-on Azure and/or AWS administration experience.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud security best practices.

• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.

• Cloud certifications are a plus.
