Full job description
Kadlec is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints to join a well-established, high-volume orthopedic practice in Richland, Washington.
This position is primarily based at the Swift clinic and is supported by a strong hospital partnership and a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The orthopedic group serves the greater Tri-Cities community through two conveniently located Richland clinics, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care with an excellent referral network and efficient, streamlined workflows. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collegial and experienced team while enjoying an exceptional quality of life along the scenic Columbia River in southeast Washington.

2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Compensation is between $779,440 and $984,387 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
