Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader to establish and lead the sourcing function for our Project & Development Services team (Construction). This role requires a procurement professional who can build scalable processes, meeting contractual requirements for competitive bidding on trades within commercial real estate construction. The successful candidate will develop account specific vendor management systems, maintain contractor performance data across the Americas, ensure vendor compliance and readiness, and establish trusted reporting protocols with client procurement teams. This leader will build the infrastructure that enables efficient, compliant sourcing while demonstrating transparency that earns client confidence and operational autonomy.
