Job Duties

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated CHO HealthPartners Direct Access Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Direct Access Center CHO Department. Under the direction of the Director, this role provides leadership in planning, coordinating, and supervising department activities while ensuring high standards of care and service. This includes establishing, maintaining and evaluating standards of care and assuming responsibility for staff development, environmental, human resource and fiscal management.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a high-performing team, maintaining quality standards, and helping drive operational excellence across the department.

Work Schedule: Full time,Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in a related field

Minimum five (5) years of experience in access center, hospital patient flow, capacity management, or operations

Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience in a complex healthcare environment

Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary teams

Current Registered Nurse license for either Minnesota or Wisconsin required upon hire. Must have both current MN & WI Registered Nurse license within 6 months of hire. Both Minnesota and Wisconsin license must be maintained

Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) as required
