Sr Workday Core HR Developer

Senior Workday Core HCM Developer / Consultant Position Overview

Work on scalable Workday solutions across Core HCM, business process configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and production support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams while supporting and enhancing Workday environments.

What You'll Do

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.

• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.

• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

• Support Workday security configuration, role assignments, and access controls.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.

• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on system enhancements.

• Support data validation, data loads (EIB), and integration activities.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Workday Core HCM

• Business Process Configuration

• Workday Security

• Calculated Fields

• Custom & Advanced Reporting

• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

• Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting production environments and end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll.

• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.

• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated environments.

• Workday Certification is a plus.
