Culinary Associate

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Associate/Line Cook to support Tesla's onsite dining operations. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards. The ideal candidate brings 5-6 years of professional cooking experience, a strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations, and the ability to perform consistently during busy breakfast and lunch service periods.

Skills and Requirements

-Experience with food preparation -Experience with high-volume food production -Ability to follow and execute on recipes -Experience with food safety and sanitation practices/knowledge of health department regulations -Safe use of commercial kitchen equipment/basic knife skills & food processing techniques -Experience with inventory and product rotation (FIFO) -Proficient in reading & writing in English -Bilingual -Food handler certification
