We have an opportunity for the role of Service Talent Manager within our Core Diagnostics Division.

Location: Remote

The Service Talent Manage r will lead the strategy and execution of global talent, leadership, and capability development initiatives for the Service organization. This role partners closely with Service leaders to build a high-performing workforce through leadership development, technical capability programs, succession planning, and learning strategies that drive employee growth, service excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. The Service Talent Manager serves as a key advisor to leadership while shaping talent programs that support organizational effectiveness and business growth.

What You’ll Work On

Talent & Leadership Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global Service Talent strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Partner with Service leadership to identify talent priorities, capability gaps, and workforce development needs.

  • Build leadership development frameworks that support frontline leaders, managers, and high-potential talent.

  • Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.

Leadership Development

  • Design and implement leadership development programs for new, emerging, and experienced leaders.

  • Lead manager onboarding, leadership boot camps, coaching programs, and workshops.

  • Develop scalable learning solutions focused on coaching, communication, employee engagement, performance management, and change leadership.

  • Facilitate leadership and executive development sessions while driving continuous improvement.

Learning & Capability Development

  • Direct global learning programs supporting onboarding, service excellence, technical capability, systems adoption, and professional development.

  • Ensure learning solutions leverage adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices.

  • Oversee development of e-learning, virtual training, workshops, simulations, and performance support tools.

  • Evaluate and implement innovative learning technologies to strengthen workforce capability.

Performance & Organizational Capability

  • Partner with leaders to assess and address skill gaps through targeted development initiatives.

  • Establish competency models and assessment processes for service roles.

  • Measure program effectiveness using learning metrics, performance indicators, and business outcomes.

  • Promote a culture of coaching, accountability, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead global talent and learning initiatives from strategy through implementation and evaluation.

  • Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.

  • Ensure consistent deployment of talent programs across regions and business units.

  • Support organizational change initiatives through workforce readiness and training strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Service Leadership and key stakeholders to align talent initiatives with strategic priorities.

  • Present talent insights, workforce trends, and program outcomes to leadership teams.

  • Influence decisions related to workforce development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.

  • Build strong partnerships across global and regional teams to drive scalable solutions.

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, coaches, and learning partners.

  • Evaluate, select, and onboard vendors that support leadership development and workforce capability initiatives.

  • Monitor vendor performance against quality, budget, timeline, and business objectives.

  • Ensure vendor-delivered solutions align with organizational learning strategies and service excellence goals.

Required Competencies

  • Leadership development and coaching expertise.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Learning strategy and instructional design knowledge.

  • Workforce planning and succession planning experience.

  • Data analysis and learning measurement expertise.

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).

  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Training & Development, Education, or a related field.

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, training, service operations, or leadership development.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of people leadership or management experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading talent development, learning, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
