Now Hiring: Electromechanical Technician - 2nd Shift

💰 Competitive Pay + Shift Differential

🕒 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

🔧 What You'll Do

As an Electromechanical Technician , you'll help build and test advanced cooling systems used in AI Data Centers. You'll work with electrical and mechanical components to ensure every unit meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electromechanical cooling units

Perform wiring, crimping, harness installation, and soldering

Read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Test equipment and troubleshoot issues

Repair and rework assemblies as needed

Use hand tools and testing equipment

Document test results and technical issues

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Follow safety and quality procedures

🎯 What We're Looking For

2+ years of electromechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly experience

Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Wiring, crimping, soldering, and harness assembly experience

Experience using hand tools and electrical test equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Bonus Skills

🔹 Cooling systems or refrigeration experience

🔹 Wire harness fabrication

🔹 Component-level testing and diagnostics

🔹 Manufacturing or production experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.48 - $35.34/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
