Supervisor / Team Lead -- Mississippi Coastal Area Summary The PCA Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to Personal Care Attendants, ensuring highâ??quality client care, compliance with agency standards, and effective team coordination. Key Responsibilities • Train, orient, and support new and existing PCAs • Monitor caregiver performance and provide ongoing supervision • Document client information and report condition changes to the RN Case Manager or upper management • Ensure PCAs follow all agency policies and procedures • Communicate and implement client care plans with caregivers • Coordinate schedules and maintain adequate client coverage • Fill in for staff when needed to maintain uninterrupted care • Assist management with recruiting and welcoming new clients • Make decisions based on established agency policies • Ensure proper completion of Welcome Pack materials
