City/State Chesapeake, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Home Care Infusion is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor.

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Chesapeake, VA

Overview The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.

  • Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  • Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.

  • Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Certification/Licensure

  • RN license in state of practice required.

  • BLS required within 30 days of hire

Experience

  • 2 years Home Health and Hospice experience required.

  • 2 years Home Infusion experience required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,542.40 - $151,257.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
