Description

Lead strategic Compliance and GRC programs supporting enterprise risk and governance objectives. Drive implementation and transformation initiatives involving SAI360, RCM platforms, and related governance technologies. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across IT, Compliance, Risk & Controls Management (RCM), Transformation Offices, and external vendors. Oversee product delivery, program execution, stakeholder management, and governance reporting. Partner with AI Governance teams to support emerging compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.

Experience with SAI360, RCM tools, or similar GRC platforms preferred. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Familiarity with data migration, data transformation, and vendor transition initiatives. Ability to balance strategic product leadership with hands-on program execution. Experience working within highly regulated financial services or enterprise environments is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
