In this role, you will: - Develop your skills with one-on-one coaching from a leader invested in your success - Learn key banking operations, processes, products, and services, gaining expertise in the accuracy of the account opening process - Grow your internal network by building strong relationships with teammates and partners across the bank - Advance through intentional development paths designed to help you reach your next role Responsibilities and Expectations Key Responsibilities - Conduct internal reviews of consumer and business deposit accounts to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance - Document exceptions and collaborate with branch locations to resolve them in a timely manner - Process account maintenance requests from customers and branch personnel - Provide knowledgeable support to bank locations regarding deposit account questions - Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions - Adhere to all bank policies, including the Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and complete all required compliance training Required Skills & Education Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of customer service experience - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to analyze information, investigate issues, and drive resolution - Proficiency with computer usage - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally Preferred - 2+ years of banking experience - Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems Who We Are Equity Bank, a full-service, $7.9 billion community bank, is based in Wichita, Kansas, with over 80 bank offices throughout Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
